[c-nsp] vaccess clone error?

Greetings all-

I've not been able to find much on CCO about cloning errors, but I'm getting
this error when one of my customers trys to establish a PPPoE session.
Obviously, it's causing the connection to establish, then immediately go
down.

This customer is 'special' because his sessions should be terminated into a
seperate vrf, and connect to his hub site directly via ATM.

Any thoughts, tips, direction, etc is greatly appreciated.

hardware is 7206vxr/npeg1/1G ram/ with 12.2.16.B IP Plus configured as an
LNS.
