	I was wondering, with all the noise going on on NANOG list, are there any 
other useful mailing lists where people could exchange operational (network, 
not "political") issues and information?

	This place is frequented by many clueful people, but somehow it doesn't 
feel like the right place to ask if I am the only one seeing issues with 
VSNL International (ex. TeleGlobe) right now ...
