As someone already mentioned, you have proxy arp enabled on the router 
(the default), and the wrong network mask on the 2950G.

0012.dada.0f42 is your 3750 / default gateway, isn't it?

Disable proxy arp on the 3750 interface, and be prepared to fix the 
broken clients with wrong netmasks.
