[c-nsp] Weirdest case ever

Hello,

Last week we had the weirdest case ever ( in my experience)

We saw increase in CPU usage on routers that had no change what so ever, we
went troubleshooting everything from CEF to capturing packets for worms....

and at the end its caused by those oob stuff they put on the AUX port which
i never thought that just because they connected it, it caused increase in
CPU.

lets hear some cases guys, just for the fun of it.
