True...

On a 6500, the 15 k$ Sup32 ships with IP Base and a useable IOS
(IP Services) adds another 10 k$. So Sup32 = 15+10 k$ vs Sup720 =
28 k$.

If you need MPLS, however, the picture changes again as the
Advanced IP Services image for the Sup32 is *also* 10 k$, which
is the same as on the Sup720. So Sup32 = 15+10 k$ vs Sup720 =
28+10 k$.
