[c-nsp] Trouble with module in Cat6506E

Hi

Should module WS-X6248-RJ-45 work in Catalyst 6506-E with SUP32 ? I
inserted card into slot 1 (SUP is in slot 5). And I see below message
in syslog:

%C6KPWR-SP-4-DISABLED: power to module in slot 1 set off (Switching Bus Idle)

and here is output of 'show module 1':
