[c-nsp] Traffic rate displayed @ interface vlan vs Qos

Hi All,
Anybody can confirm that traffic that displayed by
show interface vlan xx is traffic that hit the
interface and will be drop by qos configuration?
Below is the interface status vs policy-map status.
