Nicolas,

Take a look at:
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/lan/cat6000/122sx/swcg/d
os.htm

Sup2 does not have all the latest goodies, and I would recommend taking
a look at Sup720...

Subject: [c-nsp] Cisco 6500 SUP2/MSFC2 protection and rate-limiting

Hi,

I'm currently work for better protect our devices.

I would like to rate-limit the traffic to MSFC and the traffic
soft-switched (including IPv6 traffic) for don't kill the route-engine.

How i can do that on a SUP2/MSFC2 running SXF10 ?

I know how do that on a SUP720 with Control Plane Policing but this is
not supported on SUP2/MSFC2.

Any tips are welcome.

Thank you

Best Regards,
