[c-nsp] MAC authentication bypass (mac-auth-bypass) on 2950s

Hmmm...  The release notes for IOS for the 2950s claim that 802.1X
mac-auth-bypass is available on these devices, but I'm not seeing
it appear as a per-interface option even after upgrading to
12.1(22)EA10a.  Anyone having better luck than me? :-)
