Have you got mac-auth-bypass on your 2950s?  I've got the
per-interface dot1x commands, but no "dot1x mac-auth-bypass".

I'm wondering whether this info was included in the 2950 docs
in error - should be replaced with a "why you should really
upgrade to 2960s" section? :-)
