[c-nsp] Small 1U-2U DC powered fixed configuration switch

I am having a hard time finding a low end cisco DC powered switch, 24
port 10/100.

 

I can see that the Cisco ME 2400 Series has this power option.  But can
it be used a standard layer 2 switch?
