[c-nsp] IOS version conflict with NPE200 after upgrading to 12.3(21)

We've upgraded one our routers from 12.3(19) to 12.3(21). Since that, "show version"
says that this IOS is not supported on NPE200. Has anybody seen this before? 
There's no other visible impact due to this IOS update.
