[c-nsp] Cisco CIT test

I actually passed it on Dec 30th, 2006.  Likely I was one of the last
CCNPs to have taken the expired exams.  The Cisco press guide isnt a
whole lot of good.  Personally I bought a ton of gear and had some
friends break it as much as they could.  Sadly, from my experience,
the CIT guide from Cisco was the best I found.  It'll give you a good
idea of what the test will cover, and you'll need alot of experience
to fill in the gaps.
