[c-nsp] loss of advertised bgp route

Bill,
I would have to say if they are dampening you and you are experiencing 
connectivity problems find out what is going on...(i.e. cable, module, 
interface, PA, duplex problem maybe I doubt it)
Did anything change since the older router such as how the circuit was 
provisioned to you? It could be the interface on your router though. 
Also you can route to a loopback interface to ensure it stays in the 
table....
