[c-nsp] BGP log disable bgp logging

Hi Rod,

Please see the below, these messages are from sh logging

I need  other log messages to be in the log except  the below, is there any
specific command to disable the below.

122-18.SXF4
buffer logging is getting full in 5 minutes and I can't put more buffer size
in the router. It's a Cisco 7609 with 122-18.SXF4 code on it.
