[c-nsp] Switch that can shape traffic per VLAN and re-writeVLAN ID?

I can confirm that a Cisco 3750 Metro can do these features, but only on the two ES (Enhanced Services) ports.

7600 + SIP & SPA
7600 + OSM
Cat 3750 Metro, 3400 Metro and probably others (note: outbound per-VLAN
shaping features on the 2400 & 3400 are lacking compared to the 3750ME)

I haven't done it myself, but from (vague) memory the SPA's on the 7600 can
do this, as can the 3750ME. Not sure about the OSM on 7600.
 
Check the config guides to ensure the features on the particular boxen
meet your requirements.
