[c-nsp] Smartnet x SP Base

After reviewing a handful of documents on CCO, I couldn't find the
difference between the Smartnet and the SP Base service contract
offerings. There are documents comparing each one to warranty, but
they seem to have the same differences to warranty...

- Does anybody know what is different between those service offerings
in terms of service and pricing ?
- What ended up being your choice and why ?
