Disable NAT? :-)

If only having one IP address (on the dialer interface) is an
issue then one might configure private address space on the
inside interface and use something like ttcp to pump out UDP
traffic to an unroutable (beyond the ISP's first hop) address
while measuring the CPU usage.

One might also try routing between Ethernet interfaces 
(or SVIs) on the router with and without NAT enabled.
