[c-nsp] Good 10GE Metro switch

If this is just a satellite location, I would try to avoid BGP unless absolutely necessary. Maybe OSPF can meet your needs for this and then you can inject routes as needed.

It will do fine until you won't try to upload full view or try to serve more 
then 10-15 downlinks, i suppose.
