[c-nsp] 32 bit ASN

Hi @All,

what information I got regarding AS32 is somewhat worrysome:

12.0(32)S12		Q4/2008
	for 72 & GSR

12.4(24)T		Q1/2009
	ISR's, 72, 73

12.2SRE		Q3-Q4/2009
	for 72 & 76

12.2SXI		unspecified late 2009
	for 65

12.2SB no longer for 72, only 10k


At least they'll go for asplain, so messing around with the regex to get asdot (maybe optionally supported...?) implemented is history.
