Could you be a little more specific about what kind of "oc-192c" port you're talking about?? AFAIK, a router port cannot be channelized. However, and oc-192 of transport can be channelized using an optical multiplexer. The ONS 15454 is a MUX as Justin mentioned below.

I'm not aware of anything other than a concatenated OC192 interface for
the routers.  You might be able to do what you're looking for with an
ONS15454, but I'll defer to people who know that platform better than I
do :)
