[c-nsp] BGP Dynamic Update Peer-Groups in 12.2(33)SRA

Hi all,

As I interpret the feature navigator, 'BGP Dynamic Update Peer-Groups'
should be available in all SRA releases.

However, I am seeing one update group per peer in the VRFs where we have
multiple peers with same outgoing route-map.

On the SRC release I see the peers grouped together in update groups
correctly.

Is there an added feature in SRC (possibly SRB?) that make update groups
work for VRFs whereas SRA doesn't?
