There is no way to terminate T1s in a 6500 that isn't insanely expensive.

Depending on the number of T1s you need to terminate, I'd go for a 7206
with NPE-400 or NPE-G1, put it on top of the 6500, plug lots of T1 PAs
into the 7206 (or channelized T3 or even STM-1) - and save heaps of money.

The flexwan / enhanced flexwan / SIP stuff is much too expensive for 
low-bandwidth applications.
