[c-nsp] control-plane qos marking

Hello!

   I there any way to set some dscp value to packets originating
from Cisco IOS itself? I mean syslog messages, netflow data export,
snmp messages, icmp and so on. I know about default cs6 marking
for routing protocols, but it is not all traffic :)
   Could anybody point me to right direction?  Thanks!

P.S. platforms are C7600 and Cat3750
