Ibrahim
Solarwinds (www.solarwinds.net) is offering different tools which will do
monitoring (Orion NPM), managing and configuring (Orion Network
Configuration Manager) and also offers LAN Surveyor which they say draws the
network into Visio. I personally only know Orion NPM which is solid
monitoring and alarming application. It includes Interface Traffic, CPU,
Memory, Delay, Errors Traffic Charts per default, you just gotta include the
device and specify which links you want to monitor. Its easy to install and
manage but is not as customizable as other tools that need more time to set
up and manage.
Im sure there are tons of other application (as NAV which was recommended by
Rikard) but its the only collection of tools I know of which offers
(mostly?) everything you want from the same company.

Hope it helps a bit

best regards

Michel
