[c-nsp] CSCsl44301 - NVRAM corruption on GSR

Well, have replaced the NVRAM by replacing the PRP and all is now well,
have discovered that the problem occured when writing the ifIndex-table
which was being truncated by 337 bytes , disabling ifIndex persistance
made the problem go away until the PRP was replaced.

Am concerned that somehow this bug causes permanent changes to the NVRAM
which requires it to be replaced, if anybody knowing more could comment
would be greatful but have opened a TAC case for the time being.
