It is (tediously) difficult to break down interrupt CPU use.

The best approach is to SPAN the RP or SP CPU ports:

http://cisco.cluepon.net/index.php/6500_SPAN_the_RP

...and see if you're getting a lot of packets.

You can try doing:

sh ip traffic

...and comparing snapshots a few seconds apart to see if you're getting 
e.g. a lot of packets causing time-exceeded or ICMP unreachables.
