Sort of...

NAME: "GigabitEthernet2/0/3", DESCR: "10/100/1000BaseTX SFP"
PID:                     , VID:     , SN: xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Doesn’t show the exact model number (GLC-T, GLC-T=, etc) Is there a difference between the 2?

Have you tried "show inventory"? Is that the information that you are
looking for?
