I would just point out the 3C is 'better' than the 3BXL, BUT, I 
understand  TCAM sizes are still bigger in the XL :-), it may be 
obvious, but some people may still get caught with the full-routes trap.
As recent thread here (and some not so recent ones):

"Note A high-capacity (XL) PFC is also available. The XL version 
(PFC3BXL or PFC3CXL) provides more memory for more routing table and 
netflow cache capacity than a PFC. It allows routing and forwarding 
processes to be offloaded from the supervisor engine or RSP to the PFC,

may give the wrong impression that a non-XL would in fact work, in cases 
where it the FIB limit would bite the hand that feed it :-)..
