You definitely want to open a TAC case.

Have a look on bootflash: and sup-bootflash: for some crashinfo-* files 
- if present, TAC will want them and a quick page through them might 
show the immediate cause of the crash.

Have any major changes taken place to the traffic patterns or config of 
the router?
