SRC5 fixes a somewhat similar issue for the NPE-G1 (after so 
much bi**ing & moaning, since SRC).

Not sure if this affects the 7600. Last I heard from TAC, 
it's not meant to (unless this is another BFD bug that 
induces an uncommanded reload).
