Subject: CRS High CPU

Hello group,

I'm troubleshooting an high cpu issue on a CRS-1 running IOS-XR 3.8.2. This is the process responsible for the apparent abnormal cpu
occupation:

JID TID PRI STATE HH:MM:SS CPU COMMAND
     1 12 10 Rcv 0:00:04 19.22% procnto-600-smp-instr
     1 7 10 Rcv 0:00:00 10.57% procnto-600-smp-instr
     1 6 10 Run 0:00:00 10.49% procnto-600-smp-instr

This is what i found about this process:

"The microkernel and the process manager together form the procnto process."

Any hints ?

Thanks.
