[c-nsp] Speed problem and router seems to sluggish

That is an interesting point. Ca you get the output of

sh mls cef lookup x.x.x.x where x.x.x.x is the ip address of the destination you see performance problems with.
sh mls cef exception status
sh platform hardware pfc mode
