Yes, it is completely normal -- similar to how it's normal for the 
"Fast" pool on a GSR/GRP or 7500/RSP to have very little free memory.

The analogy ends there.  The LSMPI (Linux Shared Memory Punt 
Interface) is shared memory that enables high performance of punt 
traffic.  A bit more info can be found within:
