How about 1pm CET and 1pm EST tomorrow?

Need to have 'two' waves I think, one for brussels and one for the folks in SJ/RTP.

I do suggest opening a TAC Case, and as part of that (do it via the Phone IMHO) ask about a "Customer Management Board" as it relates to the download process changes.

With the continued erosion of capabilities, soon you will only be able to download directly to your desktop, and you better hope you have a reasonable upload speed for those 250MB+ (and growing) sized images.
