[c-nsp] SLA tracking, what do you ping?

It usually helps to have more than one item tracked and then set thresholds.
 There are several things out on the internet that should answer to ping,
websites, search engines, public dns servers, route servers.  For example
what do you ping do figure out if your internet connection is working
correctly?
