[c-nsp] Anyone running s3223-advipservicesk9_wan-mz.122-33.SXI4a?

Just a quick thought - if some other process is chewing the cpu to the point
where it stops normal stp behaviour, might that be causing the loop?
In other words, perhaps loops are the effect, not the cause?
