That's why we're looking at the 4500-X (Cisco) and EX4500 
(Juniper), and ignoring the typical core switch devices like 
the 6500, Nexus 7000 (Cisco) and EX8200, EX6200 (Juniper), 
for small-to-mid size core deployments.

That said, I've never been convinced by stacking. For all 
such scenarios, chassis-based deployments have been simpler. 
It's just a question of how big the chassis is. Of course, 
with time comes options.
