We use NFsen/NFdump[*] (1.3.6p1/1.6.8) and are relatively happy about
it. The web interface is a pain, relying on session-variables and thus
preventing the use of externally linking to interesting things and
having more than one tab open.

We never seriously looked at anything else, but I think FlowViewer[**]
comes recommended.
