[c-nsp] noc error

in monitoring software such as prtg , solarwinds , ...  (snmp based software ) , for one shutdown interface with follow config  , report infact and very very high traffic in software.
this interface is up ,line protocol is down.
pls hlp me to resolve this problem in my noc system.
 
my Router is CISCO 7609

this interface bandwidth is 128K but traffic monitored is interrupted and range of 500MB !!!!!!!
