[c-nsp] Sup720 Redundancy Problems

Hi Frank,
we did:
debug redundancy errors
debug redundancy progression
debug redundancy transport
debug redundancy status

and still only ended up with the card is being power cycled due to RF
Progression failure.

any suggestions as to which other debugs to turn on ?
