[c-nsp] VPLS on GSR12k

VPLS should be support on GSR 12K routers with SIP-600 (engine 5...) It should actually have somewhat less restrictions than the engine 3 ISE modules...

I do think (it has been a long time since I had to really touch it) that you need to run IOS-XR for that.

I have question regarding linecards which supports VPLS.

Here is only one linecard (ISE 4x1G) supported as edge side for VPLS:

Can I have edge side on SIP+SPA ?
My GSR is only equipped with SIP-600 and SPA cards
