Yes, 7am Tuesday for 2 hours, corresponds to our upstream.

We used to be able to do anything without notice in our NaR. Now it all 
has to be run through change anyway. The NaR is essentially the 
"preferred" time now, and other groups will be discouraged from doing 
their maintenance at that time.

We still have some standard changes (IOS upgrades on building routers) 
which we can book in ourselves, but not during change freezes or if 
there's conflicting work already in that period.
