[c-nsp] aggregate lfib entry - what is the actual prefix ?

It isn't. Its a per-vrf aggregate label period. That means that incoming
traffic with that label makes one lfib lookup to find the VRF and one fib
(ip) lookup to find the interface and next-hop.
