[c-nsp] ABF not working

I would think you could do something like this with the ACL.

ipv4 access-list internet
10 permit ipv4 10.0.0.0/16 10.0.0.0/16
20 permit ipv4 10.0.0.0/16 any nexthop1 ipv4 x.x.x.x



Where if it is from 10/16 to 10/16 it just gets routed normally and make
sure that normal routing works right.
