[c-nsp] Cisco console port to USB

We use the USB console built into newer cisco kit :D or a USB serial
adapter. Not all of these are created equal.
Many people have good luck with the Trendnet TU-S9 or anything else with
the Prolific 2303 chip.

Windows needs drivers; others are plug and play.
