We went to 15.4 because of the CSCtx37278 "Enhancement" that
isn't available in 15.3 (Mac-Security:Mac address is not
cleared from the table after timeout).

If you need mac security to limit mac addresses on a EVC,
you will need that (but if you just P-P xconnecting to
a remote PE, than you probably want unlimited macs anyway).
