[c-nsp] 10G SFP+ ASR9001 LOS

Hi,
for some month i see sporadic LOS on a 10G circuit from a ASR9001 to
one of our Upstreams. It began when i removed some media-converter
from single mode to multi mode inbetween so that a SFP+ 1310nm 10km
transceiver is now plugged into the ASR.

The LOS can be cured shut/no shut on the interface. What i see
in case of the outage is this.

So we have an input optical signal/power which is well within
the range of the transceiver. The tx laser is shut down with
-40dBm. But i have no clue whats going on. I tried replacing
the SFP+ which did not help (Although the SFP was from the same
lot). I switched ports on the ASR (Although same board). I replaced
cabling. All without success.

I tried 

	transceiver permit pid all

although the tranceiver has Cisco branding which typically
makes this unnecessary.

Are there more debugging possibilities to find the cause for
the laser shutdown? I still think the SFP is faulty but
that means the whole lot is broken in some respect.
