[c-nsp] Ucode Upgrade 3750x

Hi all,
Trying in the lab to minimise the down time when upgrading the switch IOS on a 3750x stack which has a microcode upgrade.
The commands I ‘me using are:

archive download-sw / force-ucode-reload tftp:/x.x.x.x/yyyyy.tar.

all seems to start off well ,I get the following:
A UCODE upgrade with forced reload results in a shorter reload time and downtime
for the switch or stack if the switch requires new UCODE with the new software.
If no UCODE upgrade is required after the software download, then the reload
proceeds as normal.

After a successful software download and upgrade, and if the UCODE upgrade is
necessary, the reload may be delayed by up to 20 minutes (though typically
less) in order to complete the UCODE upgrade. During this time, on the
supported switches, no new powered devices will be granted power, no new
power supplies will be recognized, and stack-power topology changes will not
be indicated on the console. All other switch functionality is unaffected.

Then all stops with the following errors:

Error: If this is really what you want to do, you have to specify the
Error: `/no-version-check' option to override this compatibility
Error: check.

Could not find UCODE image on switch 80145688. UCODE upgrade may occur after reload.
No UCODE upgrade.

Ucode does occur when I reload but I get 15min outage. Maybe I’me looking at the wrong documents….not much online of any help that I  can see.

Any advice appreciated.
