[cisco-voip] Call Logs in CCM

CallManager inserts CDR's into the CDR database in SQL by default. You can
change this to keep flat files in CCMAdmin under Enterprise Parameters "CDR
Format". Note, you will need to setup a method to delete/archive old files
as the system will not maintain/prune/purge these.

Otherwise, just leave them in the SQL database and use ART/CAR.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Call Logs in CCM

Is there any call logs in CCM contain the complete call recoreds such
as "when", "from", "to", "duration", "calling number", "called
number"... etc ?? I only found something from Serviceability Real Time
Monitoring Tool and the log files located in "C:\Program Files\Common
Files\Cisco\Logs\RTMTLogger\CallLog_MM_DD_YYYY_hh_mm.csv", but the
content is not what i'm expecting..

Thanks.

Regards/Alan
